Tendering and Contracts Manager

The Role

Based in Tanzania and reporting to the Director the client is looking to appoint an experienced Tender and Contracts Manager on a permanent basis with immediate effect. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall contractual performance of all projects performed by the company.

Your Key Duties Will Include

-Contract Planning and Management

-B.O.Q Compilation

-Cost Control and Project Cash Flow Management

-Managing, Supervising and Training Your Team

-Ensuring Practical Hand Over During Contract Period without any Delays or Cost Overruns

-Ensuring Projects and Performance Adhere To Company Contract Standards and Policies

-Overall Responsibility for Quality, Timeliness and Profitability of Allocated Projects

Salary

A package from TZS 33mil to 38mil is provided plus accommodation, bills, car, flights, phone and project bonuses.

Desired Skills and Experience

Suitable Applicants

Ideally with a Degree in Civil engineering or Quantity Surveying, suitable applicants will have 6+ years' experience; with at least 4 as Contracts or Tender Manager in the building and civil works construction industry.
