Define innovation opportunities and strategies to ensure our long term targets delivery. This task encompass:
- Define a process and method to uncover innovation opportunities.
- Define best approach to a specific opportunity taking in consideration brand and category strategies and its implication
- Provide System alignment with priorities to ensure proper investment to implement ideas
- Leverage learnings and share knowledge # with SLT, CIF gatekeepers, senior bottler leadership and LAG
- Develop and execute project plans.
- Support lines of business in development of opportunity maps and category strategies
- Provide System alignment within the new business model for successful completion of project stages and to ensure correct market execution.
- Leverage learnings and share knowledge # with SLT, CIF gatekeepers, senior bottler leadership and LAG
