Mission
Your overall mission is to develop the Fabrication & Maintenance business with a target to double sales within 3 years in your territory and also supporting the development of Fabrication and Maintenance segment growth in the South East Asia region. This position reports to Sales Manager (Thailand) & Business Line Manager General Industry (South East Asia)
Job description
You will be responsible to plan, execute and monitor activities to grow the business in Fabrication and Maintenance segment through your distribution channels.You will also be responsible for training, planning / conducting field activities, implementing product launches and managing / developing distributors in potential areas. - Develop new key accounts in target segments - Develop a strong distribution network working mainly in these target segments- Provide training and lead sales activities of distributors- Promote Atlas Copco brand through seminars and road shows.- Keep a close track of competition activities and provide regular feedback.- Maximize sales of F&M tools and exceed annual targets- Motivate channels through periodic promotional schemes and other activities- Support channels in conducting demos and end customer activities- Implement product launch plansFabrication and Maintenance is a very important and strategic segment within GI division of Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems and has a large and rapidly growing portfolio of products for Material removal and bolting solutions. - Key sub-segments of F&M are Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Shipbuilding, Metal Production and Foundries
Experience requirements
We need a customer oriented, hands-on solution-provider, who believes in value based selling. Experience in the Oil & Gas, Metal Fabrication, Ship Building and Power Generation Equipment industry and knowledge on power tools for grinding, drilling and tightening will be an added advantage.You need to have an experience of developing and managing distribution channels for at least 2-3 years and have developed new customers by yourself.

Educational requirements
- University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering/ marketing or equivalent by experiences
Personality requirements
You must be an assertive team player, result orientated and willing to take challenges to achieve aggressive targets.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Special skills in sales presentation and negotiation and territorial management
