1. Handle all discipline cases (boys and girls)
2. Meeting parents for discipline issues
3. Propose to the Head of Academics for Suspension or expulsions
4. Manage the teaching staff welfare issues
5. Ensure student profile and discipline records are maintained
6. Supervise behavioral counseling sessions
