Educational Requirements: College/University Diploma or Higher
Skills Required: I.T Knowledge, Electronics/Customer Services

* Computer literate & have IT skills set ( Basic trouble shooting etc)
*Relevant Product Knowledge
Handles irate and difficult clients with appropriate skills set
*Takes ownership in resolving queries
