- Ability to Manage Pastry Food Cost
- Ability to work in a Remote Location 
- Creative with Local Ingredients
- Ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools. 
- Ability to Train & Develop Junior Staff 
- Good Motivational Skills
- Good Creativity
