Job Objective:
Focal point for project results management using result-based framework,coordination and the hormonization of evidences.Provide key function for monitoring project activities alongside the set objectives,targets,and expected outcomes.
Reports to programme manager
Key responsibilities:
-Providing leadership in managing project results using result-based frameworks and the reporting tools.
-Participate in ministry of health,HMIS and other national activities that relate to the development and adoption of SHR indicators into the national HMIS and reporting system.
-Design and revise appropriate monitoring and evaluation(M&E) processes and tools for sub-grantees and build M&E capacity among project partners and local government departments in the relevant municipalities in Iringa and Dar es salaam.
-Providing leadership in monitoring quality of SHR services through conduct of surveys e.g. exit inteviews,mystery clients.
-Provide M&E training an on-going assistance to prpject team and the sub-grantees to ensure quality data collection,transimittal,analysis,use of data for decision making and timely report writing
-Provide leadership and technical guidance for the preparation of annual,semi-annual and other required project project reports
-Documentation and disssemination oaf information,assisting developing presentations,abstract,articles etc.
-Proactively work with sub-grantees and manager to prepare perfomance data for the collected reports.
-Refine project reports ready for submission to the higher authorities and provide timely feedback on the quality and contents to project team and sub-grantees
Qualifications and Experiences:
-Masters degree in public heath or related subject as demography,heath informatics,statistics,epidemiology or equivalent.
-Minimum three(3) years experience in monitoring and evaluation of health,SRH or HIV/AIDS programs
-Skills and experience in M&E capacity building for individuals and organizations
-Previous M&E experience in a result-based model.
-Proficiency in evaluation design and development of indicators
-Good working knowledge of descriptive,inferential and advanced statistics
-Strong qualitative,quantitative and analytical skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Position:Project Assistant-(KILINDI DISTRICT)
The position reports to the project manager-kilindi
Purpose of the job:
To assist in the implementation of the project objectives on sexual reproductive health and rights(SRHR) community programming
Key Duties:
-Assist in developing,planning and implementing SRHR activities in the line with the project work plans.
-Assist in developing/adapting relevant IEC/BCC materials to support field activities.
-Working in conjunction with the relevant government and county departments and other partiners to plan and supervise the implementation of the project activities.
-Assisting in advocating for direct povert alleviation through SRHR services,comprhensive sexuality education and reduction of sexual and gender based violence(SGBV)
-Supporting capacity building of nomadic girls,boys,women and men on effects of FGC and adoption of new ways of abandoning the practice through ARP approach
-Network with relevant partners(MoHSW,NGOs,CBOs,FBOs,and Youth Groups etc) to stregthen partnership in eliminating the FGC practice.
-Participating in continous monitoring and evaluation through quality data collection,analyzing and dissemination.
Qualifications:
-The ideal candidate should posses a diploma,or first degree in social sciences or its equivalent with relevant experience of working with nomadic pastoral societies.
-Minimum of three(3) years relevant work in a busy NGO working in pastoral communities.
-Deeper understanding of Maaasai cultures especially those dealing sexuality
-Experience in project management,community mobolozation and community development essentilas
-The candidate must be ICT proficiency and strong analytical,problem-solving and networking skills
-Should be a team prayer and a good communicator
-Applicants from nomadic communities will be given priority.

Position:Driver
key responsibilities:
-Driving assigned vehicle while ferrying staff or assets on official work.
-Maintaining cleanness of assigned vehicle.
-Mainting up-to-date and accurate records in the vehicle work ticket
-Safeguarding the vehicle and all pf its contents in his/her custody
-Ensure that teh assigned vehicle is well serviced and good mechanical order
-Good track record,smart and well groomed
Qualifications:
-O level certificate
-Mechanical training
-A valid class C clean Driving License
-At least 4 years driving experience
-Competence Certificate from either VETA or NIT
-Mature and courteous
