Requirements :  Form IV or Form VI with a Certificate / Diploma in Materials Management Field. One year experience in the Warehouse/Stores operations Skilled in the use of personal Computers and Inventory Management Systems Ability to work with diverse groups and commitment to advancing workplace diversity Collaborative partner who values teamwork and integration Highly organized and have excellent prioritization skills. Customer Centered: Strive to attain a continual standard of 100% internal and external customer satisfaction in your respective area.

Job Description :

• Ensure that the stocks from the Warehouse and other sources within the Hospital are properly received both physically and in the system (HMIS).
  
• Ensure that the received stocks are properly kept and located basing on FIFO method.
  
• Ensure that all issues made to the customers are properly documented in HIMS and charged to patient.
  
• Ensure that all cash money received from the customers is deposited in the safe (Supply Center Unit) immediately after the cash transactions have been made.
  
• Same is handed over to head cashier as per stipulated schedule. (Not applicable at the moment and may be applicable when cash dealing is started)
  
• Ensure the accuracy of both physical and book .stocks by monitoring the stock on daily basis.
  
• Ensure proper handling, arrangement and segregation of stocks within the Supply Center Unit.
• Keep the Supply Center neat and clean.
