Requirements :
Should Possess a Bachelor's degree in social sciences plus a post graduate training/qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience 5 of which must have been spent in a senior managerial position in private sector environment.
Possession of a proven record in the development and implementation of job evaluation & grading, compensation packages and successful implementation of performance management systems are a must.
Job Description :The Head of HR will be responsible for the administration of policies and programs designed to provide and maintain an adequate flow of qualified and competent personnel for the company. In addition he will initiate, administer and control policies and activities designed to promote cordial industrial relations within the Company. He will also be responsible for initiating, executing and coordinating training programmes and activities for improving competences and the productivity of the company members. He will ensure discipline of the labour force.
