INTERN VACANCY - BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION

The British High commission through its Trade and Investment Department is looking for a Voluntary Clerical and Administrative support to work as an Intern for six [6] months starting from 18th October 2011.
The preferred person/student's major will be either Business, IT or International Relations, and should be fluent in spoken and written English, with own initiative.
Duties include:
· Maintaining databases, data entry and filing.
· Identifying specific business opportunities for British exports and investments in Tanzania; and alert British companies of the same
· During trade missions and seminars, help with preparatory work including 'on the day' assistance.

The candidate will need to undergo some basic security checks. Part of this involves a police report for which the candidate will have to provide.
