- We are encouraged to give our concerns to God.
- We all have concerns.
- When we give God our concerns He can sustain and carry us.
- If we hold onto our concerns, they will pull us down.

PRAYER: Lord, today I give You my burdens and cares. I release the weight of those burdens to You. Thank You for caring for me. Amen.
