Requirements : � A Masters Degree in Adult Education, Education, Policy Science, Public Administration, Development Studies or in a related Social Science with additional post graduate studies in curriculum development, training needs assessment, training methodologies, public administration education, organizational learning, leadership development, reflective professional practice, career development, human resources or any other subject relevant to capacity building of leaders;
Job Description :� Develop Institute�s training guidelines, policies and manuals and review existing ones; � Review and develop UONGOZI�s leadership development approach and methodology regularly to ensure good quality and relevancy of programmes; � Assess training needs of various target groups and update respective training plans and programmes accordingly; � Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and develop smooth stakeholder feedback mechanisms;
