Osupuko Lodges and Camps is looking for the following qualified staff to be part of a great team!

1.     Receptionist

He/she must have the following qualifications and skills

·         Diploma/Certificate in Front Office Operations or equivalent from a recognized Institution

·         Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or section

·         Good in managing guests registration, room allocation and guest briefings.

·         1-2 years experience in front office administration

·         Excellent customer service ability

·         Demonstrated ability to deal with phone and email inquiries

·         Able to maintain an organized reception area and guests information

·         Professional appearance and extremely friendly approach

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent English proficiency

·         Computer knowledge especially MS Word and Excel

·         Team player who has a strong ability to motivate others and resolve conflicts

·         Preferably 22-28 years of age

2.      House-keeper

He/she must have the following qualifications and skills:

·    Diploma/certificate in Accommodation Operations      or equivalent from a recognized Institution

·     1-2 Years working experience in the hospitality industry

·         Highly skilled in cleaning rooms and other interior and outside areas

·         Documented success in maintaining guest rooms

·         Competent at restocking cleaning supplies and paper products in rest rooms

·         Track record of maintaining rooms in a clean and presentable fashion

·         Proven record of performing cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming and picking up garbage

·         Able to give accurate room service to guests

·         Thorough understanding of cleaning equipment operations

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·         Ability to communicate well with managers, guests and coworkers

·         Fluent in English

·         Able to maintain a neat, clean and safe work area

·         Always willing to assist other

The candidates must be willing to work in Tarangire full time. Women are encouraged to apply.

Camp Supervisor-Serengeti       

Must have the following qualifications and skills:

·         Hotel management degree / diploma from a reputable institution.

·         knowledge of the highest level of F&B and FO customer service in a luxury environment

·         1-2 Years Experience in the day to day management of camp activities

·         Good accounting and reporting skills

·         Excellent in stock taking and preparing monthly supply lists together with other departments

·         Must work accurately under pressure.

·         Excellent customer handling skills

·         Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

·         Excellent attention to detail.

·         Team player with positive attitude and enthusiasm

·         Customer focused with a warm friendly personality.

·         Hands on and problem solver.

·         Good leadership and management skills.

·         Good motivator.

·         Ability to work in a remote area for a long period
