Assistant Office Administrator Position

 

ASSISTANT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Job description/duties

Assisting senior administrator in the following;

  • provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • perform data entry and scan documents
  • manage calendar for senior officers
  • assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for officers
  • maintain office supplies for department

 

Qualification:

·         Certificate in either of Office Administration /Human Resource / Business Administration /Front Office Operation

·         2+ years of hands on administrative support experience

·          proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must

·          knowledge of operating standard office equipment

·         Age: between 25 years and 35 years, female are highly encouraged

·          excellent communication skills – written and verbal
