LTE Area Sales Manager - TIGO
You are responsible for the development and performance of all LTE sales activities in assigned market, directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. You will also be responsible to establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales force.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business plan and LTE sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Coordinate and implement marketing plans as per the company strategy.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales force.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Assists Account sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Force and activity performance.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Work with other stakeholders to ensure the sales team is paid their commission on time
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree in  Finance, Administration or Economics or other related field
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in with the team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field
• Proficiency level in numerical analysis (business and finance) and interpretations
