SENIOR SYNDICATIONS OFFICER
Job Summary
The Syndications Officer is responsible for syndicating loan transactions and raising loan financing from lenders and other institutional investors. The role includes business development, managing loan syndication processes from origination to preparing information memoranda, book running, syndication structuring and negotiations
Job Specifications
• A Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Banking, Finance, or related field. Relevant professional qualification will have an added advantage;
• A minimum of 8 years of originating, structuring, negotiating, pricing, syndicating and executing debt transactions at a senior level in a Commercial Bank/ DFI environment;
• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills with thorough understanding of financial analysis, investments and the Basel framework.
