To manage relationship with other Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) through managing interoperability business, ensure disbursement wallets are sufficiently funded, handle reconciliation and attend all inquiries timely.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling MNOs Transaction complaints.
• Perform daily reconciliations
• Manage liquidity for MNOs disbursement wallets
• Identify risks, as well as provide and implement mitigation strategy
• Develop monthly reports for MNO issues to be presented to the management
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all MNO interoperability related issues are addressed on a timely manner.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Business, Economics, Engineering and social science.
• 1 – 3 years' work experience in related field
• Result oriented, professional with high skills in managing relationship
