Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of a Electrical Technicians to be based in Dar es Salaam. The incumbent will directly report to the PM Controller.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Technical support for specific plant & equipment. Provide level two faults & root cause analysis, identify and root out chronic failures. Ensures maximum reliability for specific equipment. Conduct detailed equipment performance analysis.
Technical capability building. Enhance maintenance resources, Recommend maintenance mix and schedule improvement. Manage equipment upgrade & technological changes. Maintain SHEQ standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Preferably FTC /Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. At least three years Electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing environment. Knowledge and ability to program Danfos Frequency converters, Siemens PLCs, process transmitters, Siemens 57 knowledge, should have knowledge of fundamentals of the Profibus-system and AS-interface bus system. Good in electrical fault diagnostics by the use of electrical diagrams
and programmer. Good logical thinking. Good communication skills, Ability to work with minimal supervision. Willingness to work shift and be on stand-by 24 hours. High Intellect, Attention to detail. Ability to work within a team.

Position: PROJECT MANAGER, Tanzania Smallholder Sesame Production and Marketing Project
Location: Babati, Tanzania.
Duration: Fixed three (3) year contract
Farm Africa's mission is to reduce poverty permanently by unleashing African farmers' abilities to grow their incomes and manage their natural resources sustainably. A core part of our strategy is to ensure that our interventions are both economically sustainable and scalable.
The "Improving smallholder livelihoods through the sesame value chain (phase 3)" project will connect 10,000 smallholder farmers with the sesame value chain, using best practice approaches developed by Farm Africa to address the barriers currently facing smallholder farmers, with a particular focus on greater equality between men and women, while engaging young people. The project will increase sesame production by 50% and increase household income from trading, improving the implementation of policies supporting smallholder enterprises and increasing the effectiveness of Tanzanian NGOs supporting agricultural
development.
We are seeking someone with a proven track record in the management of agricultural value chain projects particularly within NGOs in Tanzania.
A minimum of 7 years working experience specializing in agriculture, rural development and or a closely related sector, with at least three 3 years experience of line management in project planning and management within the sector.
Understanding and experience of marketing for the poor (M4P) approaches is desirable. The post holder should have excellent project planning and execution skills, and strong communications and facilitation skills.
You should have a degree in agriculture or closely related subject with a sound knowledge of the agricultural production, agricultural value chains and policy environment in Tanzania.

Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
• Manage the inflows/outflows of rice stock
• Monitoring of the quality & quantity of the production during the inflows outflows
• Organize carefully (by storage duration) the bags of rice in order to facilitate inflows/outflows and to maximize the space of the warehouses
• Draw plans of bags organization for the all warehouses
• Write down all the inflows/outflows and report to the branch managers/storage loan manager
• Coordinate disbursement/repayment with credit back-office officers and under the supervision of the branch manager/storage loan manager
• Monitoring of the stock between disbursement and repayments
• Maintenance of the warehouse and equipment's and repayments
• Maintenance of the warehouse and equipment (weighing scale, pallets, probes moisture meter….) before/during/after storage
• Assessment of Agro clients for the double key system
• Conducting on-site client visits for supervision or recovery
• Be informed daily on the evaluation of agricultural policies (imports/exports) and prices of staple crops
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Education: AT least diploma holder. Education in agriculture related fields may be an advantages
• Very good technical knowledge on crops storage (pest control, humidity temperature, ventilation..)
• Strong analytical, reading & writing skills, good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
