Job Description

-To Develop and implement strategies
-Performance measurement & tracking
-To Ensure compliance and familiarity to standards
-Team Management & training

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies
-Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client journeys, scripts and offers with appropriate infrastructure in place
-Work with stakeholders to ensure achievement of Segment-wise acquiring targets.
Performance measurement & tracking
-Deliver the sales budget for BC acquiring
-Increase numbers of BC NTB clients
-Ensure 100% team participation in delivering the numbers
For Alliances and Ecosystem-led Buyers & Suppliers, work in collaboration with Segment to ensure effective leads are provided along with scripts & offers.
Responsible for defining strategy for conversion of leads provided by Segment
NTB
Engage NTB clients via leads sourced from Supplier & Buyer ecosystem, Alliances, Targeted lists and branch catchment with full range of BC products; Also handle client-led requests via ATL/online pull
Activate NTB clients, and set up and educate clients on remote channel usage i.e., online, Client Centre, ATM;
ETB
Engage ETB clients with analytics triggered leads, primarily for renewals, top-ups and loan extensions
Do not manage the client relationship beyond acquisition & activation
Limited focus on lead generation

Ensure compliance and familiarity to standards
Provide input to governance and operational risk to define measures and controls for prevention of mis-selling, misrepresentation, fraud and for adherence to Treating Clients Fairly principles
Understanding of BC KYC/CDD principles

Team Management & training
Ensure 100% team participation in delivering the numbers + scorecard
Upgrade of sales and soft skills to engage business owners + sales staff

Functional knowledge
-Enhanced multi-product  and Segment (Priority/ Personal/ Business) knowledge
-Market and competition knowledge
-Strong analytical skills and core banking/ asset products system knowledge
Leadership & People Management
-Strong Inter-personal skills and ability to influence other functions
Risk & Governance
-Knowledge of processes related to client acquisition, privacy, regulatory compliance, KYC, CDD
