I&M Bank is seeking to recruit a highly competent individual for the position of  Select Centre Manager to manage the Bank's premier high-networth customer branch offering differentiated services to our clientele :

 Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the Bank's Select offering for customers who receive differentiated services, as well as growing the number of select customers in line with set targets. The overriding business objective is fostering loyalty among high net worth customers thereby maintaining and growing the banks low cost deposits.
 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Incumbent will report to the General Manager, Commercial Banking and will be responsible for:
Maintaining all services in Select Centre at the highest quality standards;
Regularly communicating with all Select customers Monitoring, managing and growing the select portfolio by tracking the number of select customers, fall out/fall in of select customers, and value of deposits under the portfolio;
Conducting marketing activities to increase the Select customer numbers;
Training staff attached to Select Centre to offer best personalized services at all times;
Organizing promotional activities for select customers;
Overseeing the administration at the Select Centre.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Master's degree in Marketing, Strategic Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution will be an added advantage; and
Professional qualifications such as AKIB and CIM or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
At least 5 relevant managerial years' experience.
Ability to write complex letters, comprehensive reports and to perform complex calculations and analyze financial statements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills;
Good networking skills;
Ability to drive performance
Knowledge of operational policies, procedures and legalities relevant to branch operations
