Qualification;
ü Holder of Diploma/ Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management or any other related field with not less than three years work experience in recognized Hotel(s).
ü Fluent in English language (speaking, writing and listening), being familiar to other languages (French, Germany …) gives more credit.
ü Not above 40 age,
ü Computer literate,
ü Good communication and Managerial skills.
Duties and responsibilities;
ü Managing staff punctuality
ü Agreeing and managing budgets
ü Planning menus
ü Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
ü Promoting and marketing the business
ü Overseeing stock levels
ü Ordering supplies
ü Producing staff rotes
ü Handling customer enquiries and complaints
ü Taking reservations
ü Greeting and advising customers
ü Problem solving
ü Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
ü Keeping statistical and financial records
ü Assessing and improving profitability
ü Setting targets
ü Handling administration and paperwork
ü Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc
ü Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
ü Others assigned
