Marie Stopes Tanzania (MST) is a marketing-focused; results-oriented social enterprise, which uses modern management and marketing techniques. to provide family planning, reproductive and sexual healthcare and allied services.

MST is a member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) Global Partnership, which operates in over 45 countries worldwide. MST's goal is to improve quality of life in Tanzania by dramatically improving access to and use of family planning and other reproductive health services.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to' join our highly motivated team in the following roles; .

Projects Lead

Job purpose

The Project Lead is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for identifying and facilitating the development of donor funded grant opportunities/proposals.
He/she is also responsible for managing the compliance of all . donor funded grants implemented by MST Project Lead works closely with the project managers and the Health Services
Department to coordinate, monitor and facilitate the activities of all donor funded activities ensuring that the projects contribute towards the achievement of the MST Power of 10 Strategy. The
Project lead reports to the Director of Health Services and directly supervises the project managers. He/she represents MST externally as requested by Director of Health Services

Ensure a high level of participation in and commitment to promotional/marketing plans and activities
Team Leadership and Development

Minimum requirements

Minimum of a University Degree in Health Science, Social
Science, or International Development Management; Master
Degree is preferable
Knowledge of Clinical Health, Community Outreach, Family
Planning and Social Marketing and advantage
5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the health management, family planning, community development, and/or social marketing industry
Proven experience in technical and financial management of donor funded programs is highly desired.
