1.0 On behalf of Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TanTrade), College of Business Education (CBE), Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC), Taasisi ya Sanaa na Utamaduni Bagamoyo (TaSUBa), College of African Wildlife Management (MWEKA), Tanzania Tobacco Board (TTB), Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC), Tanzania Engineering and Manufacturing Design Organization (TEMDO) , National Food Reserve Agency (NFRA) and National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA), Development of educational management (ADEM)
Public Service Recruitment Secretariat invites qualified Tanzanians to fill 99 vacant posts in the above public institutions.
NB: GENERAL CONDITIONS
i. All applicants must be Citizens of Tanzania and not above 45 years old, however, should also observe the age limit for each position where indicated.

4.0 THE NATIONAL FOOD RESERVE AGENCY (NFRA)
The National Food Reserve Agency (NFRA) was established as part of the Public Service Reforms. With effect from 01 July 2008, the Order of establishing NFRA as an Executive Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture Food Security and Cooperatives in accordance with the Executive Agencies Act, No. 30 of 1997, came into force.
POSITION; SUPPLIES OFFICER II – 10 POSTS
4.1.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To receive goods and materials in store and issue the same to users
• To inspect goods for quality and quantity upon delivery, issue or during storage
• To prepare, store documents such as Local purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes, requisition and Issue Vouchers
• To maintain records of all procurement, disposal and related activities
• To maintain periodic performance reports
• To maintain efficient stock control levels (inventory analysis and control)
• To maintain up to date data base on procurement activities
• To perform any other related duties assigned to by supervisor
4.1.2 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Bachelor degree or Advanced diploma in Material Management, Procurement and Supplies
• Holder of either Form IV/ VI with National Materials Management Professional Stage II from NBMM or equivalent qualification.
4.1.3 REMUNERATION:
• Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the institution`s salary scale: NFRASS 5

POSITION; ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT – 6 POSTS
4.2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To prepare and keep payment vouchers and other records in safe custody,
• To carry posting of accounting entries into books and accounts, balance books of accounts and prepare bank reconciliation statements,
• To save as cashier for both receiving and paying funds, issue receipts for funds received and obtain acknowledgements for funds paid, complete and maintain a cherub dispatch register
• To deposit and withdrawal funds into/ from the Agency's bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliation statements
• To maintain ledger accounts, journal, cashbook and other accounting records and reconcile control accounts in the general ledger with subsidiary ledgers
• To prepare trial balances and periodic financial reports
• To prepare bills and other debt documents
• To tally and check arithmetical accuracy of accounting documents and records;
• To perform any other related duties assigned to by supervisor
4.2.2 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Holder of either Form IV/ VI with Diploma in accountancy
• NBAA Intermediate stage Module C& D or equivalent qualifications
• Must be computer literate
4.2.3 REMUNERATION
