Service Quality Management Engineer at TIGO Tanzania

Create and follow up the broadband strategy for Tigo Tanzania, review the different products E2E insure the broadband service Tigo supplying is top class service in terms of throughput, latency and availability. Monitor Service level KQIs and ensure high QOS to the esteemed customers
Key Responsibilities

• Insure the E2E Broadband availability and Quality of Service

• Ensuring the Service Level KQIs are met

• Planning and implementing the required programs to address the Network Quality challenges across MIC Africa Operations

• Direct contact to the 3G and the data commercial team

• Recommend and test the required features to enhance broadband experience

• Attend the broad band related meetings

• Implement strategies to improve MIC African operations' Network Quality

• Perform other tasks or reports that he may be assigned

 • Test new products, network features and technologies (devices) as they are implemented into the network
Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Master Degree in Engineering will be an added advantage
• More than 2 years of experience in Mobile Network environment (Core, VAS or IT Domain)
