POSITION; PLANNING OFFICER (2 POSTS) DSM
Required Qualifications: 
Holder of a Masters degree in Economics, Educational Planning, Management, Statistics, and any other relevant field from recognized institution with at least six years relevant work experience.
Reports to Head of Planning
Duties:
•    Preparing estimates for capital development;
•     Compiling project profiles including sources of funding; custodian of agreements with donors and monitors reports.
•     Formulating and co-ordinating corporate plans and strategies based upon priorities for resource allocation to various functional programmes;
•     Reviewing and evaluation reports on plans performance.
•     Participating in educational and administrative efficiency studies.
Age limit: Not more than 35 years.
Salary: TIASS 5
PLACE OF WORK:
All applicants should be ready to work at any of the six campuses (Mtwara, Singida, Mbeya, Mwanza, Kigoma and Dar es Salaam) or as the Appointing Authority may decide in the interest of the Institute.
