JOB TITLE : Installation Manager
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
The Installation Manager position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all aspects of technological installations are carried out efficiently, effectively, and fit the strategies of Ultimate's organizational policies, procedures and goals.
Reports to the Head of Technical.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely and thorough installation/integration
- Effective follow-ups with customers and ensure any open concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Supervise, train, and develop installation crews
Formal Education :
- Engineering Degree in Electronics/Electricals
- Qualification in Project Management, advantageous
Experience:
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- Seven years' experience in a related position, working in a highly pressurized environment
- Hands on knowledge on Industry standard electronic security systems
- Drafting Engineering drawings
- Conducting technical risk assessments
- MS Office suite – 2007 and version thereafter, at an intermediate level
- Co-ordination of data compilation
- Supporting and working with others
- Delivering objectives
- Confidentiality

· Assist in drawing up operational budgets
· Ensure strict control on expenses as per budgets
Skill:

- Excellent Communication skills(written and verbal)
- 4 wheeler driving skills, must possess a valid Class B and D driving license.
