We're looking for the next rockstar to join the People, Learning & Performance team – the team that strives to create the best environment for PSIers so they can make things happen. This role serves as the Senior Director's right-hand (wo)man who pays attention to the details and can move, move, move on tasks.
This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC . This position reports to the Senior Director of People, Learning & Performance.
You will:
  • Bring together team members within People, Learning & Performance to co-create solutions for real issues we face every day.
  • Assist with creating an awesome employee experience from A to Z including hosting candidates and onboarding new hires.
  • Support the management and behind the scenes admin of PSI's eLearning tools.
  • Manage team spending and make sure expenses are processed in a speedy manner.
  • Assess the need for training and learning supplies and purchase as necessary.
  • Coordinate logistics for DC and field-based learning activities.
  • Research best practices on a variety of topics related to HR, training & staff development.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

The Knowledge. A Bachelor's Degree. Experience managing a busy office or complex projects and program operations.
Team Player. You 'play well' with others and enjoy seeing the impact of our work as a team. Must give good high fives!
A Little Nuts. All the little quirks that make you unique? Bring it. You know how to have fun and aren't afraid to break a few rules along the way.
Flexibility. You can adapt to changing environments and work with a diverse set of people from around the world.
Language Skills. Can you speak fluent French of Spanish? Definitely a plus.
Think Big. You care about pressing issues, like providing health care to the world's poor. Impact is a priority.
