MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (1 POST ) -KIBONDO

Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) is focusing on increasing the outreach and service quality of its Energy products for Tanzanians. 2. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (1 POST ) -KIBONDO Reports To: Station Supervisor  Reporting Office: Kibondo.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Responsible  for efficient running of engine and his auxiliaries at the plant and at the point of maximum efficiency and in

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible for safe and economic of the plant during working shift. To ensure company security, safety regulations are being observed all the time. Responsible in preparing and managing all schedule preventive maintenance. Responsible in managing plant and equipment safety system. Responsible in making sure that discipline is always maintained at work places. Write a report regard to plant operations on daily basis. To supervise  artisans and ensure they are adhered to regulations. Any other official duties as may be assigned by the station supervisor.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Form IV or VI.
• Holder of FTC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh candidate from recognized collage or above.
