The company is in the early stages of establishing AFRO-SPELLING BEE COMPETITION in Tanzania, a project that that engages students in primary schools to compete in spelling difficult English words. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to fill the vacancy of Freelancer Marketing and Project Coordinators on profit sharing basis-good incentive. Marketing materials, training and any other necessary tool/s required will be provided.
Marketing & Project Coordinators (15 posts)
Dar es Salaam.
Deadline 17th October 2014.
Duties:
• Creating awareness of Afro-Spelling Bee Competition to primary schools, and enrolling them to the project.
• Designing marketing plan, making follow up to our prospective clients and closing a deal with them
• Preparing letters to customers, confirming appointments, quotations, and confirmation of orders.
• Assisting in establishing Afro-Spelling Bee fun min-clubs for students in their respective schools.
• Looking for new clients and stakeholders of the project.
• Helping schools organize the competition together with creating and promoting a few supporting awards to students.
• Performing any other related duty as assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification
Holder of Degree/diploma in Public Relations and Marketing, Education, Mass communication, Business administration, social sciences or any other related field of study. Both strong theory and practical background is needed for this vacancy.
Skills Requirements
Extremely good communicator with high convincing power
Excellent marketing skills, customer service and strong negotiating ability
Strong command in English
Should have a smart phone or a laptop
Team player and charming.
Ability to meet targets and hungry for success.
Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Remuneration
Remuneration is commission based; you get 10% of the package fee for every client you bring in. Candidates under serious consideration will be notified by email within one week and invited to participate in an interview.
