Corporate Sales Manager,SME at Tigo Tanzania
To ensure that business planning for corporate and SME segments are formulated and implemented in line with the corporate sales strategy
Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and formulate business plan for Corporate and SME growth
• Analyze business opportunities and set priorities, as well as initiate and monitor performance and take required corrective action
• Define and optimize work processes, be up to date on all sales and marketing activities and motivate the sales team
• Create and maintain retention activities for corporate accounts including yearly activity plan
• To achieve agreed growth rates from corporate accounts in line with the Business Enterprises business plan.
• Set up a monthly objectives to Sales Team
• Development of a portfolio of corporate subscribers
• Develop profitability and turnover of corporate subscribers
• Develop strategy that will increase the corporate subscriber base
• Educate corporate customers on the company's products and services
• Develop anti-churn corporate strategies in liaison with the Marketing Department
• Weekly and Monthly reports on activities and performance of sales team
• Responsible for the functions of position assigned in case of absence
• Issuing adhoc reports requested by the management
Position Requirements

• University degree in marketing/sales /communication management/ business administration
• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial role, sales/marketing essential
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
