Law Tutor

The High Institute of Management, Commerce and Finance (HIMCF) was established in Tanzania as a private institute of higher learning in 2012. The institute is owned by High Institute of Management, Commerce and Finance Limited and operates campuses in Maputo, Mozambique and Sinza Dar es Salaam. The institute trains students to become professionals in procurement and supplies management, business administration, human resources management and law at the Basic Technician Certificate level and NABE courses

Vacant Position: Law Tutor

Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Laws from the recognized institution

Duties and Responsibilities:

                     i.        Plan, deliver and report on your course, on methods and materials appropriate to the learner group and course content.

                    ii.        Prepare the teaching and learning materials and submit to the Pedagogical Director for review and printing

                   iii.        Develop a Scheme of work/syllabus and lesson plans and submit them to the Pedagogical Director for review

                   iv.        Identify/assess the needs of learners and if necessary adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs

                    v.         Attend classes timely and teach for set  hours in class as per timetable

                   vi.        Act as students' advisor in academic matters

                 vii.        Arrange individual and group assignment for the course

                viii.        Set and supervise tests and final examinations as per set timetable

                   ix.        Sign the class log book before and after the class hours

                    x.        Ensure the institute property are safely used and maintained
