CLAIMS DIRECTOR POSITION DESCRIPTION:
An Insurance Brokers Company in Dar es Salaam is looking for a Claims Director.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and analyse claims and associated reports;
- Proactively identify trends in client portfolios as well as general market related trends;
- Implement claims staff training initiatives and claims handling strategies;
- Implement and monitor adherence to minimum operating standards;
- Review the claims workflow and system processes and where necessary compile a business case for change;
- Ensure a seamless liaison between Claims Negotiators, Account Managers and Claims Manager;
- Develop and lead the Corporate Claims Team, embedding values and driving a high performance culture;
- Ensure that the minimum operating standards recommended corrective actions
