Description: Receptionist 

We are a fast growing organization in Agro business, we seek to employ a very vibrant receptionist who has the capacity to work  in  a very professional environment .

Purpose: To serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

Receptionist Job Duties:
·         Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
·         Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
·         Receiving mails and sending them to the appropriate offices.
·         Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; and restricting entry to protected areas.
·         Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions and company's regulations.
·         Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
·         Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
·         Maintains and issue out office stationary and office provisions.
·         Supervise office teas and cleaning activities.
·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills: Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Supply Management.

Qualifications:
·         A minimum of A' level and or front office qualification.
·         Higher Qualifications in Customers care, PR and or Administration will be an added advantage.
·         At least two years work experience in a well established corporate environment
