1: JOB PURPOSE
To ensure an efficient performance of the Loan Officers in the branch
.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Leads the conduct of the market research and survey activities within the branch's coverage area;
· Leads the marketing efforts for the loan products;
· Ensures that the branch meets or exceeds the loan targets as agreed upon in the business plan;
· Supervises and monitors the daily activities of the Loan Officers;
· Validates information on loan appraisal or assessment of selected clients;
· Conducts spot visits of clients and group meetings for monitoring purposes; Discusses with the concerned COs any findings, and provides appropriate guidance;
· Develops and maintains a harmonious working relationship among Loan Officers;
· Conducts regular performance evaluation of the Loan Officers, and recommends any promotion or termination to the Branch Manager;
· Ensures safekeeping of all cash, documents, and accountable forms in the possession of the branch's loan unit;
· Reviews and endorses loans for approval, restructuring, para-legal and legal action (if any), by authorized officers of OTL
· Functions as a member of the Branch Credit Committee.
· Reviews legal documents and security files of approved loans. Ensures their safekeeping;
· Conducts client re-briefing during loan release;
· Ensures 100% on-time collection or enforces "zero tolerance against missed loan payments."
· Assists OTL's Legal Counsel in matters involving remedial account management.
· Ensures timely submission of reports to the Branch Manager.
· Performs other tasks as may be prescribed by the Branch Manager.

1. University degree in economics, accounting or business administration and practical credit experience at Microfinance with at least 2-3 years experience.

1: JOB PURPOSE
Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports for the branch.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions, distribute expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules.
· Performs statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and writes narrative reports explaining findings.
· Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected branch financial position for other managers.
· Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
· Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
· Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
· Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
· Installs, modifies, documents, and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.
· Devises and implements system for general accounting. Make recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
· Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the branch's accounting operation.
· Collects appropriate data and prepares federal, state, and local reports and tax returns.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Work closely with branch manager on coordinating performance.
