Role overview
Leadership Facilitators will be working in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training in the government Teacher training colleges.The role will focus on mentoring, coaching and training to college management teams (including the principals) on strengthening their leadership skills to support the delivery of quality education.
The role will also involve working the college senior management teams to develop and establish systems to conduct performance review of their tutors on their teaching performance.The leadership facilitator will be working in a team of 3 VSO Facilitators (2 Quality teaching skills and 1 Leadership Skills facilitator) and British Council Trainers who are part of the northern project team.For details refer to the job description document

Skills, qualifications and experience required
You have at least a master degree in education and 5 years teaching experience in managing a secondary or teacher training college. Experience of teacher training and teacher coaching is essential.
You are available for a volunteer placement of not less than 12 months.
