Work in Berlin & Africa

• Assist in the supervision of the assembling and refurbishment line of the Mobisol Solar Home System workshop
• Support management of a team that is working in the assembly line and in refurbishment
• Support of management of the warehouse of Mobisol in Arusha
• Help to train local team to take on the management of the technical department in Arusha
• Communication about requirements in hard and/or software with head office in Germany
• Transferring knowledge about changes in system design to Tanzanian team
• Good technical / electrical skills to be able to understand Mobisol's system design and assembling requirements

• Knowledge of warehouse or stock management, inventory tracking
• Be able to liaise with the Tanzanian team and be able to tackle communication across cultural differences
• Interest in participating in the solar revolution and plugging in the world
• Interest and prior experience in working abroad, especially in Africa, would be an added advantage
• Very good English skills

• Delivering real value to customers excluded from reliable power supply in developing countries
• Young, fast, innovative, adaptive, and highly dedicated teams both in Berlin and in Kenya/Tanzania/Rwanda
• Great learning experience within experienced team of technicians
