Reports to: Chief Executive Officer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting new high class corporate clients
Key responsibilities
Implement sales growth strategies through effective marketing of all products and services offered by MHS both locally and internationally
Provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales reports to CEO as may be directed.
Setting appointments with different Embassies, Private companies, NGOs and Ministries to advertise MHS products and services
Provide input into the development of annual MHS marketing plans.
Research and analyze the Beauty industry market to understand key business drivers, influences and competitor activities.
Daily updates of MHS face book and instagram pages
You will be expected to contribute to the overall MHS development strategy.

Excellent understanding of Beauty industry
Excellent Communication both in English and Swahili
Good customer care
Market penetration and growth in market share due to business opportunities being developed and expanded
Effective sales tracking and management Visible brand image in the market
Able to deal effectively with variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment and self-confidence
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Sales or Marketing. Bachelor Degree in Marketing will be an added advantage

At least 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Working with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines
