Job description
- Assess the training needs from the areas, design & deliver the quality training program to the aftermarket personnel, effectively support the competence improvement of the aftermarket staff (Air Treatment product range + GAR/Marine/BeaconMedaes)- Design & deliver the quality training program to dealers & support the dealer service competence improvement to grow the dealer air treatment business.- To provide nationwide technical support to the aftermarket staffs, and customers as well- Closely monitor and follow up the product quality issue of air treatment product , Collect, feedback and follow up the product quality issues via a systematic way - Promptly resolve the critical technical related issues via utilization of the internal resources in order to improve customers satisfaction-To undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the AM management
Experience requirements
- A person with strong technical background with Atlas Copco CT- Air treatment products / Min 3 years' field service experience is required
Knowledge
- Excellent PC knowledge / Good English skill is necessary.
Educational requirements
- University / College graduate in an engineering discipline

- Good communication skills/ Customer orientation/ Self-motivation & self-initiatives on the job
