Youth Challenge International (YCI) is recruiting a Leadership and Education Innovator between the ages of 21 and 35 with diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds for an eight-week youth development project in Tanzania from June to July 2014.

Recommended Skills and Experience:
• Background in development or the humanities, with a focus on education, community development, or gender studies, or health
• Experience in facilitation and/or community mobilization
• Training in gender issues
• Experience with edutainment, theatre and other community arts
• Proven effectiveness in cross-cultural settings
• Prior overseas experience an asset
