An exciting opportunity has arisen at our site in Swadlincote for a Customer Service Order Desk Administrator to join the sales team.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
  • Provide telephone support for customers' enquiries on technical, application and wear/spare parts issues (primarily for stationary crushing and screening/heavy mobiles, plus mobile crushing & screening, surface drilling & tunnelling when required).
  • Provide a range of solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Receive and deal with customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process purchase orders for wear and spare parts.
  • Proactively promote and improve sales of wear and spare parts.
  • Visit customer sites as and when required.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be sales and profit driven with the ability to accurately forecast potential sales.
  • Possess strong customer service skills with previous experience of working in a customer orientated environment.
  • Have strong communication skills and have previous exposure to dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face, in a confident and professional manner.
  • Possess a good level of education and be proficient in the use of IT systems, especially in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and proactive attitude with a desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision on own initiative as well as part of a team and pay strong attention to details.
  • Have excellent time management skills and able to respond efficiently to immediate queries.
Knowledge and/or experience of the mobile crushing and screening market would be desirable.
