Ground support for all airlines at Doha Airport
Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) is responsible for providing ground handling services at Hamad International Airport for Qatar Airways and a host of other airlines serving HIA. This covers everything from porters to baggage handlers/loaders, aircraft cleaners to equipment operators, and drivers to customer service agents.
About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible to ensure the accurate collection and deposit of sales generated at Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) excess baggage counter, porterage services, Oryx Lounge and Ad Hoc flights cash handling.
You will be required to maintain proper customer service. You must collect cash and card sales from customers. You should sort the collection and tally the same with the sales amount. You will be required to bank the collection in to the company account as well as handle petty cash.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need a Secondary Education Diploma or equivalent, a University Degree in Finance or Commerce is an advantage. You will have a minimum 1 year of job-related experience with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Ms Access and Powerpoint. You should have strong experience in customer handling.
