Title: Area Manager

Reporting date: 1st of July
Responsibilities / Duties:

Project Work

  - Training Farmers
  - Certifying Farmers

Operations

  - Wet Mill Processing
  - Buying Parchment
  - Coffee Marketing
  Setting up office

Reporting : Deputy Manager

Skills required:

• The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to processing coffee
• Pro Active in developing new ideas
• Must have a Bachelor's / Masters Degree in agriculture or business related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in a management position
• 5 years work experience (preferred   in Coffee)
• Good / experienced in project work
• Must have good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Swahili

Salary : Negotiable
