God is our refuge and strength, a very present and well-proved help in times of trouble.

- God is our refuge to which we can run.
- God is also our source of strength.
- This is especially true in times of difficulty.
- God is closer than you think!

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that You are our ever-present help in times of trouble. Thank You that we can continue to trust You in spite of what may be going on around us. Amen.
