Summary: Shelys Africa Group has its subsidiaries Shelys Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Beta Healthcare Ltd and Beta Healthcare Uganda Ltd., as part of expansion program, vacancies have come up in various group companies.

Description: To head Production, Quality Assurance/Quality Control / Regulatory departments.

To be based in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania

• Collate site SOPs.
• Provide review support & implementation of Corporate guidance's in site practices.
• Ensure site compliance status through corporate audits.
• Initiate innovative tools & make site visits to ensure achieving the best practices.
• Design and implement quality systems as per the requirement Food & Drug Authority.
• Review and upgrade such systems to ensure if effective usage at all time and prepare people for qualification of the audit requirements of various approving bodies.

Requirements: Candidate Profile:

• Aged between 40 – 45 years with the following qualifications and skills:
• University Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Assertive, Tactful & Diplomatic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• No less than 15 - 20 years proven managerial experience in a busy pharma environment.
• Must be fully conversant with Validations, Documentation and Audits
• An Active Listener
• Proficient in IT
