• Implementation of Group standard service delivery metric (SLA)
Manage acquiring request
• Deployment of Point of Sale
• Training Merchants
• loading Merchant information on remedy
• Keeping records of queries relating to Merchants
• Fraud monitoring
Ensure KYC documents are obtained from Merchants before data capturing

• Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines
• Provide Sales/admin/operations support efficiencies and services in order to ensure retention of clients
• Enter all qualified leads into Sales pipeline and maintain on a daily basis
• To ensure all related admin work is up to date in Merchant Services
• To ensure that all the documentations are flied accordingly
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
• Any other duties assigned to you
• 2~3 years experience in sales, operations, catd products and card operations
• In depth knowledge of all the Bank's products, procedure and policies
• Computer literate in terms of Word, Excel and Power Point
• 3 years business degree or equivalent qualification required
