• Management skills - minimum 3 years expe . ence at a managerial level

• 5-8 years experience in card products and card operations
• In depth knowledge of all the Bank's products, procedure and policies
• Computer literate in terms of Word, Excel and Power Point
• Acquisition of Merchants for both Visa and MasterCard
• Manage daily POS request processing and upload
• POS terminal deployment
• Manage card transactions disputes, fraud monitoring and risk management, audit and compliance issues
• Handle customer complaints
• Fees collection
• day to day reconciliations of Visa and MasterCard
• Implementation of Group standard service deilvery metric (SLA)
• Training of Relationship Managers and Merchants
• Implementation of the Group processes to all Merchants
• Ensure ~YC documents are obtained from Merchants before data capturing
• Managing targets and budget goals for the Business Unit. whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
• Manage and control the activities of Point of Sale and field support services Suppliers and Vendors
• Attend to queries of clients regarding goods received and dispatched at Point of Sale and resolve live software issues
• Ensure team keep records of all software problems experienced on 'Live' software and record changes and update system (Remedy) for asset movement control
• Manage and control all Point of Sale equipment for the Bank to ensure efficient operations
• Quality assurance monitoring
• Hold direct reports accountable for the implementation of Leadership Strategy that drive behavior towards high performance
• Investigate and report-on financial racoverlgs due from Merchants
• Monitor changes in Legislation. regulations, initiatives and relevant Industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions
• Ensure Compliance with Audit requirements
