Our company is seeking to recruit Sales and Marketing persons who will be responsible for aggressive marketing of general insurance products with the aim of growing business volumes within a short period of time. The activities will include producer visitations, direct selling to target markets, and similar tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Must have bachelor's degree in insurance, marketing, commerce, or business administration.
? Fluent in English language and Kiswahili
? Computer skills and technology minded person
? Good looking and presentable
? Aggressive, Self-motivated and goal-oriented person
? Creative and thinks outside the box
? Willing and able to grow direct business sales
? Able to drive and willing to travel and work outside normal working hours
