Management skills - minimum 3 years experience at a managerial level responsible for a large size team

• Exposure of other general banking products would be beneficial

Prepare and monitor annual revenue and costs budgets and drive the achievement of these budgets for FNB Online, Cellphone banking and FNB App
Ensure adherence to audit requirements
Ongoing consultation with clients, from a relationship management point of view (Client retention)
Build effective Client relationships with internal and extemal stakeholders to ensure buy-In and support from relevant FNB business units and divisions
To identify opportunities/solutions In different market segments, in order to deliver electronic solutions that will address key business issue.
• To take responsibility for the delivery of professional customized presentations
• Ability to optimize the usage of our products and increase our transaction volumes thus revenue per client
Ensure the Mystery Shopper and other surveys reflect the excellent service offered, facilitate corrective action
Manage projects within the client environment
Ensure the correct compliance and legal documents are in place and kept on record
• Report on and manage the business risks associated with Online Banking, Cellphone Banking and FNB App
Facilitate competitor analysis of similar products offered by competltor banks To follow up and monitor leads and queries received by the division
To monitor and analyze telephonic queries received by the division
Extensive liaison and relationship building with Customer Portfolio Executives (Relationship Managers) allocated to the relevant accounts.
- Identifying of additional business opportunities with the RM's,lncluding data mining
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with the RM's
- Attending and contributing to RM's meetings and / or workshops
• Process and product enhancements
- Identification of product enhancements and driving this within the constraints of the Product Development lifecycle
- Recommendation to improve service and processes
• New Business Development
- Achievement of defined sales target
- Handling of incoming sales leads
- liason with Key Stakeholders (Sales Consultants, Relationship Managers, Branch
Managers and the Executive) - Mining of client data
- Monitoring of client sales related documentation
- Monitoring and analyzing of all reports prepared
- Handling of assigned projects
