Requirements:Main Duties:
•Introducing the company to new potential customers through the means of direct communication both face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
•Able to lead herself/himself in setting up meetings with existing and new potential customers.
•Good sales and marketing management processes, negotiation skills
• Interpersonal responsibility to discover new business opportunity.
• Possess self-drive capabilities and motivation in ensuring all sales and marketing opportunities to the company are captured and well explored.
• Prepare and be accountable for all clients proposals, tenders and contracts and any documentation if any.
• Replying to tender and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
• Budgeting, customer service, data analysis.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs for new products and services.
• Collaborative with product development team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Manage the Public Relations, Promotion and Advertising Agencies and Partners.
• Management of relevant internal & external stakeholders
• Manage Service Levels Agreements with Clients • Create and prepare 12 months company's business and strategic plan respectively.
• Reporting direct to Managing Director.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and understanding of ICT services and Products
• Knowledge in Product development
• Possess at least a minimum of 1 year experience.
• Able to meet company's targets, plans and delivers in specified time
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and influence skills. Basic Salary: Starting basic salary will TZS 400,000/- per month. This amount is adjustable according to performance
