Purpose of the function:
The HR Shared Services Manager is in charge of all HRIS, reportings and analyses concerning general HR and payroll matters.
He is in charge of developing and maintaining the HR dashboard and KPI's. He monitors and improves continuously all admin processes linked to HR operations.

Tasks:
• Supervising HR administration and reporting for wide variety of files and subject matters (Compensation & benefits, premiums, bonuses, …);
• Reporting on a regularly basis;
• Determination and follow-up of KPI's;
• Develop and maintaining the HR dashboard;
• Acting as key person within the HR Unit for communication with the financial controlling and reporting responsibles;
• Acting as key person within the HR Unit for communication with the IT-responsibles at different levels and in different units, as well as with the time-related matters in the operations ( planning, rostering, …);
• Providing relevant, real-time workforce data to the different internal HR clients;
• Analysis and reporting of staffing costs and all HR data on a recurrent or ad hoc basis;
• Responsible for the development of an approach towards HR – linked social media;
• Making the shift from a paper based administration towards a digital personnel management. Managing the implementation of and changes to the HRIS.

• Good knowledge and strong affinity with HR systems and database management;
• Strong project management sets and experience in managing large IT implementation projects;
• Proficient ability with Microsoft (Excel);
• Able to work in a changing environment;
• Experience in HR process design and documentation flow
• Highly organized, high attention to detail, accurate and meticulous;
• Delivers to deadlines;
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
